Mr. Webb joined Second Level Capital in 2018. He is integral in the day-to-day operations of the business. Mr. Webb is an invaluable member of the team, strengthening existing client relationships as well as pursuing individual and corporate business development.
Originally born in Bermuda, Mr. Webb moved to St. Louis in 1992. Brad previously worked for Laffer Investments in Nashville, TN and before moving back to St. Louis to settle down with his wife Anne, and three children, William, Jack, and Tom.
Mr. Webb attended and played basketball for Bucknell University, is an avid golfer, and holds his Series 7, 63, and Series 65 securities industry registrations.
Mr. Weingartner started Second Level Capital in 2018. He is responsible for the individual investment choices for each portfolio as well as analyzing potential investment offerings, not only for their individual merits, but also the application for existing and prospective clients. Mr. Weingartner plays a key role in investment strategy development, contributing towards the firm capital expectation profile and targeted asset allocations. He has built strong relationships with the individual and institutional clientele by proactively serving their needs both before and after a relationship is made. By offering ongoing monitoring of current and previous investments and education on the hard asset investment space as a whole, he is also a significant contributor to the firm’s Real Asset Consulting Services group.
Mr. Weingartner previously worked for 12 years at Alvery Bartlett Group where he served as a registered sales assistant for its retail brokerage operation. A graduate of Truman State University, he earned a B. S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Weingartner holds his Series 7, 63, and 65 securities industry registrations, in addition to being licensed to sell life and health insurance. He was born and raised in Saint Louis, where he currently resides with his wife Kayla, a maternal and fetal health RN at Mercy Hospital, and their two children, Tommy and Maggie.
